Executive Summary

The Digital Mindset Learning Experience is a practical capability-building curriculum designed to help employees thrive in an increasingly AI-enabled workplace. Through four self-paced learning experiences, employees will build the skills and mindset needed to adapt to change, think critically when working with AI, communicate ideas more effectively, and identify new opportunities to enhance productivity and performance.

Together, these experiences encourage curiosity, strengthen human-centered AI capabilities, and help employees apply AI in meaningful ways that support both individual effectiveness and organizational success.

To drive adoption and translate learning into meaningful action, the experience is complemented by topic-specific Content-to-Context Leader Guides. These guides equip leaders to model desired behaviors, assess team readiness, facilitate impactful discussions, and reinforce new skills and mindsets over time. By combining individual capability building with leadership alignment and team-based application, the Digital Mindset Learning Experience helps embed sustainable behavior change and create lasting impact across the organization.

As AI continues to reshape roles, processes, and ways of working, change is becoming a constant rather than a one-time event. This content helps learners build the mindset and adaptability needed to thrive in an AI-driven environment, developing the skills to embrace ongoing change, respond confidently to new technologies, and support others through continuous transformation.

As AI becomes increasingly integrated into workplace decision-making and content creation, the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs is an essential professional skill. This content explores the principles and practices of critical thinking in an AI-enabled environment, helping learners assess AI-generated information with greater rigor, identify potential flaws in reasoning, and apply structured frameworks to make informed, evidence-based decisions.

While AI adoption continues to grow, many organizations have yet to realize meaningful productivity gains. This content focuses on moving beyond isolated AI use cases to redesigning end-to-end workflows, helping learners identify where AI can create the greatest value, balance automation with human oversight, and implement practical changes that improve team performance and efficiency.

Content-to-Context Leader Guides

What is it? A practical leader guide that helps translate learning into team-specific action by preparing leaders to model the desired behaviors, assess team readiness, facilitate meaningful discussion, and reinforce new skills and behaviors over time. The Leader Guide will be specific to each topic. The details below represent the underlying framework for what is included in each guide. Content-to-Context Process:

1. Reflect

- How can I model this behavior?

- What do I need to change, evolve, or strengthen?

- How ready am I to embrace this change?

- What would help me to better embrace this change?

2. Assess

- How ready is my team for this change?

- What mindsets, behaviors, or capabilities will be required?

- Where is the team today?

- What evidence do I have, and what don't I know yet?

3. Facilitate

- What do I want to achieve from the team debrief?

- What are the key messages for my team

- What does this topic mean for us?

- How do we need to adapt our behaviors and ways of working?

4. Commit & Follow Up

- What actions and commitments have we agreed to?

- When will I share key takeaways and next steps?

- When will we reconvene to review progress?

Supporting Leaders (optional)

- Leader Support Session (45 minutes): Orientation to the Leader Pack. Best practices and preparation guidance for facilitating sessions with their team. Up to 100 Participants. - 1:1 Coaching (60 minutes): Individual orientation to the Leader Pack. Direct team and session planning. 1:1. - Group Coaching (90 minutes): Small group orientation to the Leader Pack. Team and session planning. 5 Participants.

Key Consideration

- Psychological safety is critical. Leaders should create an environment where team members feel comfortable sharing perspectives, concerns, and ideas to support meaningful discussion and lasting behavior change.
